Legislative Action

The Psychedelic Association of Arizona believes that Arizonans should have access to psychedelic-assisted treatment. Therefore, we have taken the lead in making this happen. We have drafted legislation (see SB1570) that allows psilocybin to be used in a clinical setting. We haven’t stopped there. No, we have gathered incredible momentum and support at our legislature and found a strong sponsor in the Senate for our bill. We feel good about what we have been able to accomplish so far. But, we need your help. Please let us know if you’d be willing to support us in this mission. We need all of you if we are to get this across the finish line.
